Application Terms of Service

Published: September 21, 2026

Development-stage policy. The Google Ads application has not launched and does not currently collect Google Ads data. The handling described below is the policy selected for its launch and must be implemented before any production account is connected.

1. Service status and scope

Veylantic is developing an internal Google Ads reporting and campaign management application. It is not currently available for production account connections. These terms set out the conditions selected for its future use. They do not claim Google approval or that the application has already been implemented. Contact: pitipiwpiwwiwwiw1996@gmail.com.

2. Authorized internal users

Only approved Veylantic personnel may use the application. Users must have permission to act for each connected Google Ads account, protect their access credentials, and keep account assignments current. Agency authorization and any client service agreement remain separate from these application terms.

3. Reporting and campaign management

The initial service will retrieve performance reports and allow authorized personnel to create or edit campaigns. Campaign changes require an explicit review and submission by an authorized operator. Scheduled reporting does not authorize automatic budget, bid, ad, or status changes. Features not described here are outside the initial scope.

4. Advertising costs and accuracy

Creating or editing a campaign may cause advertising spend in Google Ads. Operators must confirm the target account and review budgets, bids, and changes before submission. Google advertising charges remain governed by the account holder’s agreement with Google. Reports may be delayed or adjusted by Google; the Google Ads account remains the authoritative source for billing and campaign status.

5. Privacy and account controls

The Application Privacy Policy explains Google Ads data, token handling, recipients, retention, and request procedures. Users may disconnect accounts in the application or revoke access through Google. Disconnecting does not reverse completed campaign changes or delete data held by Google.

6. Acceptable use

Do not access accounts without authorization, share tokens, bypass Google policies or quotas, submit unlawful advertising, or use account data for unrelated profiling or resale. Users must comply with Google Ads policies and the instructions of the account owner.

7. Fees and service agreements

The initial application is an internal operating tool, not a separately sold customer subscription. Any agency service fees must be agreed separately with the customer and are distinct from Google advertising costs. These terms do not create a new charge or authorize payment.

8. Availability and suspension

Availability depends on Google API access, quotas, infrastructure, and account permissions. We may suspend a connection when authorization is withdrawn, security is at risk, or use breaches applicable policies. No uninterrupted availability, campaign performance, or Basic/Standard API approval is guaranteed.

9. Ending use and requests

An authorized account representative may request disconnection or deletion by emailing pitipiwpiwwiwwiw1996@gmail.com. The retention and deletion periods in the Application Privacy Policy apply. Outstanding advertising activity must be managed in Google Ads; uninstalling or disconnecting this application does not stop campaigns already running there.

10. Independent service and changes

Veylantic is independent of Google. Google Ads is a trademark of Google LLC; use of its API does not imply endorsement or partnership certification. Material terms changes will be published and communicated before they apply. Applicable rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
