Support & Complaints Policy
Draft updated: September 21, 2026
1. Submitting a request
Provide an issue description, agreement details, when it occurred, and supporting material through the official support channel. Do not send passwords or verification codes. Support channels and hours are awaiting confirmation.
2. Assessment and response
Requests are assessed by impact and service scope. Response targets, resolution arrangements, and responsible contacts are set out in the agreement or support package. This website does not promise 24/7 support.
3. Warranty and maintenance
Technology warranties, bug-fix coverage, design revision rounds, and maintenance periods must be specified in the agreement. New features and changes outside scope may require a separate quote.
4. Complaints
Veylantic and the customer compare the concern with agreed requirements, document evidence, and propose a resolution. Unresolved matters follow the dispute process in the agreement and applicable requirements.
